Dr. Patt Aptaker trained in clinical psychology and graduated from LSU with her Ph.D. in 1980.  She has specialized training in marriage and family counseling, clinical hynosis, coaching and mindfulness based therapies.  Dr. Aptaker's has a strong interest in helping others live their best lives - best lives that reflect living by their core values.
